Natural acidity from 5 to 7. Harmony : Unique wine, for blanc sec lovers, tasting alone or served with oysters, Roquefort or “jambon de pays”.
SWEET : Variety : 50 % Gros Manseng, 50 % Petit Manseng. Tasring : An aerial flavour of white flower with citrus fruits, peach and exotic fruits. Lively and slightly acid mouth. Natural acidity from 5 to 7. Fresh fruits, citrus fruits, and a natural unctuouness. Harmony : exotic and gouleyant wine, recommended for the aperitif with foie gras, or on table to be served with dark chocolate and red berries deserts.
JURANÇON RESERVE Variety : 100 % Petit Manseng. Tasting : Beautiful yellow to gold colour. Vanilla nose, grilled, brioche-like, crystallised fruits and citrus fruits, beeswax, and truffle and wood aroma with age. Soft and unctuous mouth, with natural acidity which reveals gingerbread. Harmony : concentrated wine. A traditionnal delicacy best valued with foie gras, or dark chocolate after a meal.
ARGILE : 100% petit manseng dry wine. Made in amphora.
