Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation – 15 months of aging on fine lees, in stainless steel vats
Tasting: Citrus nose, then peach and exotic fruits. A lively mouth, but with a natural smoothness, an exotic and balanced wine.
Food & Wine pairing: Exotic & gouleyant wine, recommend for the aperitif with foie gras or at the table to be served with dark chocolate & red berries deserts.
