Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation – 24 months of aging on fine lees, in oak barrels.
Tasting: Beautiful yellow dress tending towards gold. Vanilla nose, candied citrus, beeswax, and truffle aromas. Soft and creamy mouth.
Food & Wine pairing: It is a concentrated wine, whose finesse will be appreciated at the table with foie gras, or with a dessert with red fruits or dark chocolate.
Conservation: 15 to 20 years
